Dijital teknolojilerin geli\u015fmesi ve daha yayg\u0131n hale gelmesiyle birlikte ba\u015fta ileti\u015fim kanallar\u0131 ve bununla beraber toplumlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Ve bu geli\u015fmelerle birlikte bilginin insan, organizasyon ve toplum hayat\u0131nda temel g\u00fc\u00e7 ve ana sermaye halini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na kanaat getirilmi\u015ftir. Bununla beraber, k\u00fcresel iktidarlar, yeni medya ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak y\u00f6netti\u011fi ve y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi toplumlara istedi\u011fi ideolojiyi ve enformasyonu kolayl\u0131kla sunabilmektedir. B\u00f6ylece teknoloji temelli toplumlarda bireylerin ayn\u0131 iletilere odaklanarak tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc bireylere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7e\u011fi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Fakat bu durum, toplumun her kesimi i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olan bir tez de\u011fildir. Dijital \u00e7a\u011fda, a\u011f ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131yla olu\u015fmu\u015f bir siber uzamda her bir birey, pasif konumdan aktif konuma ge\u00e7mi\u015f, art\u0131k i\u00e7erik \u00fcreten, i\u00e7eri\u011fin olu\u015fma noktas\u0131nda yorumlar\u0131yla katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan konuma gelmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6yle bir sistemde geleneksel g\u00fc\u00e7 dengelerinin muhafaza edilmesinin beklenmesi yanl\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Bireyin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu enformasyona eri\u015fiminin, etkin teknoloji bilgisi ile birle\u015fmesi ile birey toplum ve iktidar ele\u015ftirisi yapmakta ve a\u011f toplumunda geleneksel g\u00fc\u00e7 dengesine kar\u015f\u0131 tehdit haline gelmektedir. B\u00f6ylece bilgiye eri\u015fim \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131, bilginin bir elde toplanmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan bireyler ve gruplar buna kar\u015f\u0131 dijital ortamda kendi y\u00f6ntemleriyle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 a\u011f toplumlar\u0131ndaki tekno-sosyal bireylerin geleneksel g\u00fc\u00e7 dengelerine olan etkisini tespit etmektir.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the growth of the technological developments, there has been some changes of the way we communicate and the structure of our society itself. Information bacame the ultimate power source and stock for people, organizations and the society. Therefore, Global leaders can easily give the information and the ideology that they would choose to the society that they lead and manipulate using the new media tools. So, It can not be ignored the fact that in technology based societies, individuals are turned into a one-sided individuals by giving them the same messages. But this is not a thesis that applies to every part of the society. In a digital world that is a cyberspace built by network connections, every individual\u2019s role swiched from passive to active which means that every individual now produces the content and helps create the content with the comments that they make. In this kind of system, It could be a mistake to expect to preserve the traditional power balance. When the people seeking for the information comes together with their technological knowledge, individuals start critisizing the political power and become a threat to the traditional power balance in network society. With that being said, Certain groups and individuals take an action against the restrictions on the right to get information and the information monopoly in cyberspace with their own tools and abilities. The main purpose of this work is to determine and find the effects of the techno-social individuals in network society on traditional power balance.<\/p>\n
