Dijitalli\u011fin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f s\u00fcreci, insan ve toplum \u00fczerindeki birey ve bireylerin, i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 duygular\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011fa ula\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n, bireyin di\u011fer bir bireyden etkilenip, belirtme konusunda bilgilendirme ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Dijitalle\u015fme, internet ve birey aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131 vurgulamak, bu iki kavram\u0131n birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e de bir hastal\u0131k haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00f6ncelikle sosyal medya, internet ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunun olu\u015fturdu\u011fu yeni kavram olan netlessfobinin ne oldu\u011fu ve nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgiler verilmi\u015f, daha sonrada ne gibi ortamlarda ve nas\u0131l yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u00f6rnekler verilmektedir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze do\u011fru \u00f6nem kazanan sosyal medya, dijitalle\u015fme ve netlessfobi olgusu i\u00e7inde bireyin nas\u0131l oldu\u011fu, ve bireysel gerek toplumsal a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6rnekler sunulmu\u015ftur. Bu \u00f6rneklerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak netlessfobi, kavram\u0131n\u0131n, toplumsal anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n, toplumsal normlar\u0131n ve bireyin psikolojisi hakk\u0131nda nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Amac\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan internet medya kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve sosyal medyadaki bireylerin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 okuyuculara sunulmu\u015ftur. The process of the emergence of digitization is aimed at informing people and individuals in society and individuals about being exposed and aware of the emotions they are in, being influenced and expressed by the individual. Emphasizing the link between digitalization, the Internet and the individual, it is evident that these two concepts are interconnected and become an illness day by day. In this study, social media, internet addiction and the new concept that NetlessFobin, which is a new concept it has created, are given and information about how it emerged, and then examples are given about what kind of environment and how it spreads. Social media, which is gaining importance from the past to the present day, how the individual is in the case of digitization and netlessphobia, and individual and social examples are presented. From these examples netlessphobia has been explained how the concept, social understanding, social norms and individual&#8217;s psychology change. The readers were presented with the results of protecting the use of internet media beyond their purposes and the dependence of individuals on social media.
