CONSTRUCTION OF PERIODICAL HERO IN AMERICAN CINEMA: A CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS<\/strong><\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this study, it was aimed to carry out mutual critical representation analyzes of six cinema films dealing with the American military leadership anda hero image, which have been decennized since the eighties. This study has three part. Analysis of the selected high budget mainstream representatives was based on the simultaneous demonstration criteria and political needs have been tried to be examined in an integrated manner with the periodical hero image which was exalted in American cinema.<\/p>\n
