Bu ba\u011flamda ileti\u015fim insanlar aras\u0131nda bilgi aktar\u0131m s\u00fcrecini ifade etmektedir. Bilgi olu\u015fup kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r hale geldikten sonra ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir \u015fekilde ileti\u015fim s\u00fcrecine dahil olarak kaynaktan hedefe aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bilginin aktar\u0131m s\u00fcreci g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan d\u0131\u015f fakt\u00f6rlerle engellenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc fakt\u00f6r\u00fc ileti\u015fim s\u00fcrecini engelledi\u011finde ise toplumsal olarak en istenmeyen davran\u0131\u015f modellerinden \u015fiddeti do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. \u015eiddet fakt\u00f6r\u00fc etik a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplum ya\u015fam\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015flansa da ya\u015fanmakta, hatta sosyal medya gibi platformlarda bile yer bulmaktad\u0131r. Nitekim 12 Eyl\u00fcl 2016\u2019da bir kad\u0131na \u015fort giydi\u011fi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131, sosyal medyada g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc fakt\u00f6r\u00fc etkisinde kalan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n ne denli \u015fiddete yatk\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Humanity is in need of communication skills and communication channels are always growing. First of all conventional media started to broadcasting information. Then, new media technologies gave desired solution. But, there is a problem for communication process. Shannon and Weaver created a model because of this problem and they gave a name in the model. This name is factor noise. So, in this examination we are looking new media technologies with the public opinion reality. In addition, the attack on a woman on September 12, 2016 will be examined with the factor noise.
