Dijital ortamlar olu\u015fturan Yeni Medya, insanlara birer kullan\u0131c\u0131 bireyler olarak ileti\u015fim s\u00fcrecine do\u011frudan kat\u0131lma olana\u011f\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle hem kaynak hem de hedef konumuna ge\u00e7en bireyler, g\u00fcndem olan olaylar\u0131 birer uzmanm\u0131\u015f gibi yorumlayabilmekte, bilginin olu\u015fum s\u00fcrecine etki edebilmekte ve hatta di\u011fer bireyleri y\u00f6nlendirmektedir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n toplum olmak ad\u0131na ortaya koyduklar\u0131 etik kavram\u0131 ise dijital ortamda tamamen d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ferek kodlanmakta; dijital etik ad\u0131n\u0131 alarak sosyal medyada a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda sosyal medyada yay\u0131lan t\u00fcm bilgiler dijital etik ile harmanlanarak hedefe ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle etik a\u00e7\u0131dan incelenme f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunan pek \u00e7ok ileti s\u00fcrekli olarak sosyal medya ortamlar\u0131nda dolanmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada dijital etik kavram\u0131na giri\u015f yap\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bir metrob\u00fcs kazas\u0131 sonras\u0131 sosyal medyada yorum yapan on sekiz adet kullan\u0131c\u0131 iletileri incelenmektedir. Especially all of the media is very attractive for people. Conventional media becomes new media. This is because of people\u2019s request. But new media is not so innocent. Some ethical concerns are fairly considered in terms of today\u2019s world. Communication is as old as humanity history. Data is base factor for communication in terms of process of communication. So, data is circling from person to person speedly. But communication is not pure. It has some problems and this is very important for be understantable. Noise is a term for communication and social media. In this examination, noise factors are targets in the social media and we are examining digital noise factors. So, in this examination we are looking for some etchical problems in social media.
